POLICIES.

Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. If there is no card on file before booking your next appointment, you will be charged the set fee for the service you missed, and that cost will be applied to your next treatment. If it is a custom facial, the charge is $60. If it is injections, it will be $75. When you reschedule, this money will be put towards that appointment! We do this to protect our providers and the people on the waitlist! Thank you for your understanding!

Return Policy: All products are available for returns within 28 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange or use it for in-store credit! If it exceeds this time frame, we do not accept the products. Thank you for your understanding!

Minors: we do not offer services to anyone under the age of 18

Overdue Payments: if a client has any outstanding payments on their account these must be paid in full before the next appointment can be even scheduled

Cherry payments: we accept cherry payments for injectable appointments ONLY
